Permitted Payments For New Tenancies From 1st June 2019

£41.66 plus VAT (£50 including VAT) fee for variation to the contract.

If the tenant ends a contract before the end of a fixed term an early surrender fee will be payable. This will be the landlords cost in re-letting the property, plus the amount of rent owing until the new tenant moves in, up to a maximum of the total rent outstanding on the property.
